We use technology, including artificial intelligence tools within our recruitment platform, LOXO, to help us work more efficiently. This may include searching for candidates, matching candidates to roles, and organising applications.

AI helps us surface and sort information, but it does not make hiring decisions on its own. A member of our team always reviews the results and makes the final decisions about who is put forward for a role.

Where Your Information Is Stored

Your information is stored securely within LOXO, our recruitment platform and applicant tracking system. LOXO acts as our data hosting provider and stores data on secure servers with industry-standard protections in place. Access is restricted to authorised NST Partners team members who need it to do their jobs.

We also use Twilio as our communications platform to send text messages and make calls as part of the recruitment process. Twilio processes contact details such as phone numbers and the content of messages we send through it, and applies its own security protections to that data.

Sharing Your Information

We may share your information with clients (for candidates being put forward for roles), with LOXO as our recruitment platform provider, with Twilio as our communications provider, and with other service providers who help us operate, such as email or IT systems. We only share what is necessary, and we expect anyone we share with to protect your data.

We may also share information where required by law.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tools on our website and in our emails to understand how people engage with our content and to improve our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
